Leadership Team

Ryan Jensen, Executive Director
Ryan is so happy to be a part of the team at Legacy House of Park Lane. He is from Ogden, Utah and graduated from Weber State University. Ryan has been serving older adults since he was 14 years old, starting at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Ogden. He has worked in many different roles in senior living and has enjoyed every step of the way to becoming an Executive Director. Ryan, his wife Sara, and their children enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking, camping, and traveling.

D'Lynn Wayment, Sales & Marketing Director
Working with older adults is D'Lynn's calling in life, and she is passionate about being an advocate and friend to the residents she serves. Her career began at a sister community, Legacy House of Ogden, in 2001, where she served in many roles. D'Lynn is the proud parent of two daughters. She enjoys many outdoor activities - in the summer you can find her soaking up the sun; and in the winter, chasing the powder. D'Lynn is an avid archery hunter; she loves the mountains and the solitude archery brings.

Kaja Albertsen, Assistant Administrator
Kaja grew up right here in Farmington, Utah. She earned her CNA license while in high school and began working at Legacy House of Park Lane, and in 2020 was promoted to Medication Technician. She is grateful for all the close relationships she’s formed with residents and their families in her time at Legacy House of Park Lane and is excited to now serve them as Assistant Administrator. Kaja leads by example and is always happy to lend a helping hand. In her free time, Kaja enjoys spending time with her cats, friends, and family.

Ashley Baldridge, Administrative Assistant
Ashley’s love for serving started when she was ten years old. Her Saturdays were reserved for her Grandma Jewell, and it was here that she learned to vacuum perfect lines in the carpets and bake the best chocolate chip cookies. She was welcomed into the Legacy family in 2021 as a Recreation Assistant and has adopted many grandparents since. She is thrilled to now be serving her extended Legacy family as their Administrative Assistant. In her free time Ashley loves traveling, self-care routines, going to the movies, and spending time with family.

Kasie Drown, RN, Resident Care Coordinator
Kasie grew up in Murray, Utah. Her nursing journey began in high school, where she took a CNA course and began working as a Certified Nursing Aide at a sister community. She quickly became a Medication Technician, and continued working there until she earned her nursing degree. Kasie worked as a Registered Nurse for a home health and hospice company before coming back to the Legacy family. In her free time, she loves camping and spending time with family, friends, and her pets.
